Job Description
Senior Oracle E-Business Suite SCM Functional Consultant
You will be required to travel to the US 4-5 times, for 2-3 weeks per time in the first 12-18 months.
About the Role:
We're looking for a Senior Oracle EBS SCM Functional Consultant to lead functional workstreams across core SCM modules. You’ll be front-and-centre with stakeholders, driving best practice processes, leading workshops, mapping complex integrations, and making critical design decisions.
You’ll work closely with our global teams and prestigious clients across industries – especially in complex, regulated environments (GxP/GMP/SoX).
Travel Alert: You’ll travel to the US 4–5 times (2–3 weeks per trip) in the first 12–18 months to deliver key phases of this high-profile engagement.
Your Expertise:
- ✔ Deep Oracle EBS SCM experience: Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Manufacturing (Discrete & Process), Costing, Planning
- ✔ Familiar with iProcurement, Supplier Portal, and EDI (ideal)
- ✔ Skilled in configuration, solution validation, training, and post-go-live support
- ✔ Experience with Oracle Cloud, OUM/AIM, and 3rd-party integrations is a plus
- ✔ Comfortable leading client teams, managing change, and owning delivery from end to end

Key Responsibilities:
- Leading requirements workshops
- Challenging processes and advocating for industry best practice
- Workstream / Solution owner
- Requirements definition, process mapping/redesign
- Design and gap analysis
- Application configuration including migration from one environment to another
- Functional support of technical activities such as data migration, integration, and reporting
- Leading solution validation workshops
- Testing support, training delivery, and post go-live support
Qualifications
You will have customer-facing expertise in the following areas:
- Oracle E-Business Suite: SCM
- Procurement including iProcurement & Supplier Portal, Procurement Contracts, EDI highly desired
- Inventory Management and Product Management
- Cost Management, Receiving, and Shipping
- Order Management & Pricing, Manufacturing (Process + Discrete)
- Intercompany & Supply Chain & Financial Orchestration Flows
- Experience with 3rd party integrations/collaboration & reporting tools
Experience of leading a team both internal and client is essential. You should be organised and self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and manage change requests effectively.
