Job Overview
The Senior Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR and Absence Consultant role requires 7-10 years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience, with a minimum of 5 years in Global HCM Cloud Core HR and Absence Management implementations. The candidate will lead teams, conduct workshops, and configure systems to meet business requirements.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct workshops and advise clients on best practices.
- Configure the system based on business requirements.
- Lead design playback sessions and create supporting documentation.
- Build trusted client relationships and manage delivery expectations.
- Transfer product knowledge to project teams and clients.
Qualifications
- 7-10 years of Oracle HCM Consulting experience.
- 5+ years in Oracle Global HCM Cloud Core HR and Absence Management.
- Experience leading 3-4 full implementation projects.
- Ability to lead workshops and teams.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong documentation and testing skills.
Additional Desirable Skills
- Experience with other Oracle Cloud modules (Compensation, Learning, Benefits, etc.).
- Oracle Cloud and CIPD certifications.
