Job Overview

The Senior Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR & Absence Consultant role requires 7-10 years of Oracle HCM Consulting experience with at least 5 years in Oracle Global HCM Cloud Core HR and Absence Management implementations. In this role, you will lead workshops, configure systems, and ensure successful project delivery while mentoring teams both on and off project.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Conduct workshops and advise clients on best practices for solution adoption.
  • Configure the system to align with business requirements and design.
  • Demonstrate solutions during design playback sessions.
  • Create documentation to support system design.
  • Build trusted client relationships and manage delivery expectations.
  • Transfer product knowledge to project teams and clients.

Qualifications

  • 7-10 years of Oracle HCM Consulting experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of end-to-end Oracle Global HCM Cloud Core HR and Absence Management implementation experience.
  • Proven track record in leading full lifecycle implementation projects.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong team player with a dynamic and flexible attitude.

Additional Desirable Skills

  • Experience with HR processes from a business context.
  • Knowledge in Oracle Cloud modules such as Compensation, Learning, Benefits, Talent Management, or Recruiting.
  • Oracle Cloud and CIPD certifications are advantageous.
