Role: Cyber Security Analyst
This role involves protecting systems by monitoring network traffic, investigating security breaches, managing vulnerabilities, conducting risk assessments, and staying updated on cyber threats.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor network traffic to detect security incidents in real-time.
- Investigate security breaches and prepare detailed incident reports.
- Manage vulnerabilities by identifying and resolving network issues.
- Perform periodic risk assessments and penetration tests.
- Research emerging cyber threats to inform proactive measures.
Qualifications & Skills
- Technical knowledge of Windows, Mac, Linux, firewalls, VPNs, proxies, and SIEM systems.
- Strong analytical skills for threat detection.
- Effective problem-solving and incident resolution capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills for documentation and stakeholder engagement.
