Job Description
As an Oracle HCM Payroll Consultant at Version 1, you will lead the development of detailed solution designs in Oracle HCM, specifically within Oracle Cloud Payroll. You will also be responsible for:
- Driving training and coaching of colleagues.
- Leading pre-sales activities through demos and expert advice on Cloud processes, configuration, and roadmaps.
Qualifications & Expertise
The ideal candidate will have:
- 5+ years Oracle HCM Consulting experience.
- Expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM – Payroll (essential).
- Desirable experience in Oracle Cloud HCM – Compensation Workbench, Absence Management, or Benefits.
- Strong configuration skills in Fast Formula, element design, payroll process flows and calculation cards.
- Experience in conducting design workshops and documenting solutions.
- Ability to create/develop sales bid responses, conduct pre-sales demos, and provide product credibility.
- Knowledge in OTBI Reporting and SQL.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
