Job Summary

The Software Engineer - RBI will develop features and systems for our cloud-hosted Remote Browser Isolation infrastructure, focusing on backend services, observability, security, and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Develop cloud-based applications/micro-services in Kubernetes clusters.
• Create customer Kubernetes resources and controllers.
• Manage end-to-end development and deployment lifecycle.
• Write high quality unit tests and deployment manifests.
• Add monitoring support with metrics, logging, tracing and alerting.
• Design and implement scalability and fault tolerance strategies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of software development in Go.
• Experience with Kubernetes environments and custom resource implementations.
• Knowledge of monitoring stacks such as ELK, Prometheus/Grafana.
• Familiarity with web backend best practices in authentication, authorization, logging, and tracing.
• Experience with SAML and OIDC is a plus.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Location & Compensation

This role is based in the United States with a preference for Santa Clara, CA. Applicants must be authorized to work in the US. The pay range in key locations (CA, WA, or NYC) is expected between $160,000 and $260,000, based on qualifications and experience.
