About the Role of a Conversation Designer at VERSA AI
As a Conversation Designer at VERSA AI, you will lead the complete design lifecycle of conversational experiences for both voice and chat channels. This encompasses everything from initial concept development through to production deployment and continuous optimization. You will operate at the intersection of language, UX, and AI, dedicated to crafting natural, efficient conversations that meet user goals and drive tangible business results. You'll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, data teams, and customer-facing teams, actively participating in client engagements and channeling real-world insights back into our product and R&D roadmap.

VERSA AI seeks an individual who combines strong foundational knowledge in conversational AI with creativity, analytical prowess, and a genuine interest in technology.
- Must Haves:
- 3+ years of experience in Conversation Design
- Fluency in both Spanish and English
- Strong understanding of conversational AI principles
- Knowledge of UX Design principles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience managing internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Creative problem-solver comfortable working with ambiguity
- Nice to Haves:
- Prompt design experience for LLMs
- Voice design experience
- Background in linguistics or cognitive psychology
- Familiarity with agile methodologies
- Contact Centre industry experience
