Position Overview

The Learning and Development Consultant will guide employees through training programs and initiatives including onboarding, continuous improvement, and implementation training. You will work closely with colleagues across the organization to align training needs with business outcomes.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Develop, deliver, and maintain training for internal personnel.
  • Design effective training solutions for group and individual settings.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify training gaps and deploy solutions.
  • Oversee the complete trainee experience including compliance and performance monitoring.
  • Prepare various training materials (e-learning, in-person, virtual) suited to different audiences.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and provide mentoring to trainees.
  • Provide regular performance reports on training impact.

Qualifications

Applicants should have 1-2 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and preferably training and development certifications. Proficiency in instructional design, training delivery, compliance, Microsoft Office, and a quick grasp of new technologies is essential.
