Job Description
Senior Growth Marketing Manager
Vermieterwelt is the digital marketplace and leading SaaS platform for private landlords in Germany. We develop scalable digital products, services, and automated solutions that sustainably simplify the rental process.
As an experienced personality in performance marketing, you will take responsibility for all performance and paid marketing activities and data-drivenly advance our growth strategy.
Tasks
Strategic Campaign Management
- You plan, implement, and scale all performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other paid channels.
- You develop a cross-channel paid media strategy focusing on lead generation, revenue growth, and Customer Lifetime Value.
- You manage the entire performance funnel, including target audience analysis, budget allocation, creative testing, and optimization.
Social Media Performance
- You concept and manage paid social media campaigns in close collaboration with the social media team.
- You derive data-driven social insights and implement them for continuous scaling.
Email and CRM Performance
- You develop high-conversion email marketing campaigns, automated customer journeys, and segmentations within HubSpot.
- You optimize lifecycle and nurturing flows to increase conversion rates and reduce churn.
Conversion Optimization & Testing
- You analyze funnels, identify optimization potentials, and develop structured measures to increase performance.
- You systematically conduct and evaluate A/B and multivariate tests (creatives, landing pages, target groups, subject lines, etc.).
KPIs, Reporting, and Data Analysis
- You are responsible for all relevant marketing key figures (e.g., CPL, CAC, ROAS, LTV, Conversion Rates).
- You create sound analyses and derive clear recommendations for management and departments.
Stakeholder and Partner Coordination
- You manage external agencies, service providers, and creatives.
- You ensure efficient processes and smooth operations in the implementation of all performance measures.
Qualifications
- You have at least 4-5 years of professional experience in performance marketing with demonstrable success in scaling digital marketing channels.
- You have very good knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, Social Ads, and performance-oriented email/CRM marketing.
- You possess strong analytical understanding and are proficient in working with KPIs and tracking setups.
- You have experience with HubSpot or comparable marketing automation systems.
- You are proficient in creating, evaluating, and interpreting A/B tests.
- You work structured, independently, and results-oriented.
- You have excellent German language skills, both written and spoken.
Desirable
- Experience in SaaS, subscription, or digital product models.
- Knowledge of PropTech, real estate industry, or related sectors.
