In a nutshell: Your role as a B2B Marketing Automation & CRM Specialist at Verkkis
In this new role, you are responsible for ensuring that Verkkokauppa.com's HubSpot environment optimally supports corporate customer acquisition, B2B sales, and business growth. In your daily work, you will build HubSpot into an even more functional tool for sales and marketing. You will shape sales needs into effective solutions, create clear data structures, and build automations that make work smoother, streamline the lead process, and enable scalable sales work, especially for small and medium-sized business customers. You will also participate in integration management and reporting support. Your role is central to enabling Verkkis's B2B growth – your work will directly impact sales efficiency and customer acquisition costs, among other things.
You will work as part of the development-oriented Sales Growth team, which is responsible for small business sales and B2B marketing. In addition to your own team, you will collaborate closely with other sales teams, marketing, the data team, and IT. You will act as both a technical builder and an everyday sparring partner: you help teams utilize HubSpot more smoothly and ensure that the overall system works according to business goals. We work in a hybrid model and meet at our Jätkäsaari office in Helsinki 1–3 days a week.
How You Will Succeed in the Role
To succeed in this position, we expect you to have several years of experience in marketing automation, CRM environments, and B2B process development. You may have worked, for example, as a marketing automation specialist, CRM developer, or marketing automation product owner. You are accustomed to analyzing marketing and sales data, identifying bottlenecks, and making data-driven improvement suggestions.
Your approach to work is analytical, self-directed, and solution-oriented: you move things forward purposefully towards common goals. You are enthusiastic about learning new things and want to stay up-to-date with the continuous development of modern sales and marketing and maintain your expertise. You work smoothly with various stakeholders and are happy to spar with teams on new ways of working. Good prioritization and project management skills will support your success.
You might be the expert we are looking for if you have:
- Strong practical knowledge of marketing automation and CRM systems (especially HubSpot's Marketing Hub and Sales Hub)
- Experience building automations, lead processes, and workflows
- A track record of automating processes and achieving business impact
- An understanding of modern B2B sales processes and their technical support
- Experience with integrations or API-based solutions
- Ability to conceptualize data structures and ensure data quality
- Fluent Finnish and English language skills
If your skill set includes light coding knowledge (e.g., Python or SQL) or experience with RevOps models, these are a nice plus!
