Overview

As the Marketing Manager, Brand & Field Programs, you will drive awareness, engagement, and attendance for VerkadaOne – our premier annual customer and partner conference – while supporting broader brand initiatives year-round. This highly cross-functional role blends campaign strategy, event management, and hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

This role is critical for driving the success of corporate events and brand activations, reporting to the Director of Corporate Marketing. Ideal for a creative and organized marketer passionate about brand storytelling, B2B marketing, and campaign development.

What You Will Do

  • Drive multi-channel campaigns to strengthen Verkada’s brand.
  • Partner with Sales to support VerkadaOne ticket sales.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for campaign execution.
  • Track performance metrics and optimize future campaigns.
  • Support customer and partner engagement through community storytelling.
  • Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and cross-functional reviews.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years in B2B or tech marketing with strong promotional experience.
  • On-site availability in San Mateo, CA, with occasional travel.
  • Experience with multi-channel demand generation and sales collaboration.
  • Strong analytical, project management, and data analysis skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools like Salesforce, Marketo, and HubSpot.

Estimated Annual Pay Range

$110,000—$150,000 USD
