Overview

The Brand Marketing Manager, Programs is key to growing awareness, engagement, and attendance for VerkadaOne, our annual customer and partner conference, alongside supporting broader brand initiatives. The role involves creating integrated marketing campaigns, collaborating with sales, and building programs to elevate Verkada’s brand story across email, social, digital, and event channels.

About the Role

This position is critical in driving the success of Verkada’s corporate events and brand activations. Reporting to the Director of Corporate Marketing, you will be immersed in brand storytelling, B2B marketing, and campaign development in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

  • Drive awareness and engagement through multi-channel campaigns.
  • Support VerkadaOne ticket sales via toolkits and outreach efforts.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with various teams for coordinated campaign execution.
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize future efforts.
  • Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and cross-functional reviews.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years in marketing, experience in B2B or technology preferred.
  • Willingness to be onsite in San Mateo, CA five days a week.
  • Experience in multi-channel demand generation campaigns partnering with sales.
  • Strong analytical, project management, and data analysis skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools (Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, etc.).

Pay Disclosure

Base pay for this position ranges from approximately $110,000 to $150,000 USD, with potential additional compensation such as bonuses and RSUs, depending on experience and market factors.
