Senior Software Engineer Responsibilities

  • Configure, implement, and manage IBM Rational DOORS Next Generation (DNG) and Engineering Test Management (ETM) systems
  • Fix bugs and create streams within DNG
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and manage project requirements
  • Conduct reviews and secure approvals for project baselines and user roles
  • Design software implementation and management plans
  • Maintain detailed records for qualification, validation, and change control audits

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field
  • 5+ years of industry experience
  • Expertise with IBM Rational DOORS Next Generation (DNG)
  • Strong project management, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to mentor junior team members
