Senior Software Engineer Responsibilities
- Configure, implement, and manage IBM Rational DOORS Next Generation (DNG) and Engineering Test Management (ETM) systems
- Fix bugs and create streams within DNG
- Collaborate with stakeholders and manage project requirements
- Conduct reviews and secure approvals for project baselines and user roles
- Design software implementation and management plans
- Maintain detailed records for qualification, validation, and change control audits
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field
- 5+ years of industry experience
- Expertise with IBM Rational DOORS Next Generation (DNG)
- Strong project management, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
