About the Role

As a Customer Service Specialist Inbound at Verisk, you will be the initial point of contact for our customers, ensuring their concerns are handled professionally, reliably, and with a solution-oriented approach. Your daily contributions directly impact customer satisfaction and the quality of our services in every interaction.

Responsibilities

  • Independently and service-oriented processing of customer inquiries via inbound telephony.
  • Acting as a reliable contact person for our customers, confidently managing their concerns.
  • Ensuring continuous telephone accessibility and consistently upholding our service standards.
  • Identifying potential improvements in customer contact and actively contributing to the further development of our services.

Qualifications

Must-Have:
  • Several years of experience in a call center or inbound customer service environment.
  • Strong communication skills and a confident, professional demeanor on the phone.
  • Sense of responsibility and the ability to work in a structured manner, even with changing topics.
  • High service orientation and enjoyment in dealing with customers.
Nice-to-Have:
  • Completed commercial training.
  • Experience or contact points in the insurance or financial sector.
