The Recruiting Executive Network is an intelligence-driven community built for the world’s most senior Talent Acquisition leaders. This group connects top Heads of Talent Acquisition to share insights, foster connections, and shape the future of recruiting.

Role Overview: Client Impact Advisor

You will join the early founding team scaling the Recruiting Executive Network by serving as the relationship lead for senior Talent Acquisition executives. Your role blends relationship management with Customer Success and executive advisory responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Member Relationships & Advisory: Onboard new members, manage a portfolio of senior executives, and facilitate executive roundtables.
  • Insights & Internal Collaboration: Capture feedback, synthesize actionable insights, and collaborate with internal teams to optimize offerings.

This role offers opportunities to become a trusted advisor, deepen expertise in talent and recruiting strategy, and influence the future direction of our growing member network.

Candidate Profile

  • 3–6 years in Customer Success, Consulting, or Executive Advisory
  • Proven ability to engage with senior leaders
  • Effective communicator and facilitator in executive settings
  • Willingness to travel (up to 40% peak, 15-20% off-peak)

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $90,000–$110,000 annually
  • Remote-first within the U.S. with required DC office visits
  • Unlimited PTO, monthly mental health days
