Overview

At Verint, customer engagement is at the core of every global brand. As a Solution Consultant, you will support our sales team by delivering product demonstrations, leading customer discovery sessions, and driving license revenue through compelling business cases.

Job Function

The Analytics Presales Solution Consultant is a subject matter expert in Speech Analytics, Quality, and Customer Engagement. You will partner with customers to define Voice of the Customer Analytics and Customer Engagement Management programs while leading the pre-sales process from discovery to demo, and proposal delivery.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Execute sales strategies to meet software and SaaS revenue targets.
  • Conduct discovery sessions, executive meetings, and roadmap workshops.
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations and build compelling business cases including ROI.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop solution proposals and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Mentor peers and provide feedback on product enhancements and sales collateral.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent, with 5+ years in consulting or pre-sales roles. Strong communication skills, a persuasive presentation style, and experience with enterprise software sales are essential.

Preferred Requirements

Additional experience in selling enterprise software in Workforce Optimization, Customer Analytics, or Engagement Management, with deep knowledge of relevant technologies and solutions.
