About the Role

The Platform Consultant at Verint is an executive evangelist for the Verint Open CCaaS platform. This senior role merges technology and business development, focusing on delivering CX Automation and driving ROI for customers by engaging with C-suite executives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the technical SME and lead in selling CX automation solutions.
  • Manage executive customer relationships and drive ROI through ongoing discussions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Product, Sales, Solutions, and Services.
  • Educate and evangelize the Verint platform to customers, partners, and markets.
  • Leverage deep knowledge of machine learning, data science, and contact center operations.
  • Develop thought leadership through networking, presentations, and content creation.
  • Coordinate with Marketing to engage various segments within the ecosystem.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 5-7 years in AI and Data Science, with 10+ years in contact center operations.
  • Strong communication skills with senior executives.
  • Expertise in data ecosystems, including CRMs, CDPs, ERPs, and cloud architectures.
  • Willingness to travel 30-50% and pass background screening processes.
