Platform Consultant Role Overview

At Verint, customer engagement is core to every global brand. The Platform Consultant operates as an executive evangelist of the Verint Open CCaaS platform, combining technology with business development to deliver impactful CX Automation solutions.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead technical SME selling CX automation solutions to C-suite executives.
  • Manage and nurture executive customer relationships through ongoing ROI discussions.
  • Articulate and position Verint DaVinci AI with expertise in machine learning and data science.
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Solutions teams to position the Verint Open CCaaS platform.
  • Present Verint’s Engagement Data Hub to senior IT and Data Science teams.
  • Develop thought leadership through speaking opportunities and networking.
  • Create and support marketing strategies with the Marketing team.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging AI trends and industry updates.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5 to 7 years in AI and Data Science with 10+ years in contact center operations.
  • Strong communication and executive relationship skills.
  • Expertise in cloud platforms including Amazon, GCP, Microsoft Azure, and Snowflake.
  • Willingness to travel 30-50% and pass background screenings.
