Role Overview: Account Lead, Payers
As the Account Lead for Payers, you will own the relationship with existing payer clients and manage the full sales process for Verily solutions. You will understand customer needs, organizational structures and buying patterns while collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, and Solutions Delivery teams.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong customer and partner relationships
- Collaborate with technical sales throughout the sales process
- Identify new business opportunities within assigned accounts
- Gather and relay market feedback on pricing and competitive landscape
- Achieve revenue targets and drive bookings
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or related field with 15+ years in enterprise sales or business development in Digital Health. Must have deep understanding of payer and employer benefits ecosystems and experience in selling complex solutions.
Preferred Qualifications: Proven track record with complex technical offerings, strong initiative, and excellent communication skills. Familiarity with Google suite applications is advantageous.
