Job Description: Senior Product Manager, Speech & AI

Verbit.ai is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our AI and Core team in a 50% part-time capacity. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end product management processes for one of Verbit's main domains. This position requires on-site presence at our Ramat Gan office two days per week.

As the Senior Product Manager for AI and Core, you will drive the development and deployment of the artificial intelligence and core technologies that power Verbit's innovative platform. This involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, and designers to define and prioritize product features. You will coordinate the development and ensure successful delivery of these features to the market.

Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough market and customer research to inform product strategy and development. You will also define and track key performance indicators to measure the success of the AI and core product lines. Managing the product development roadmap and ensuring its alignment with Verbit's company strategy and vision will be critical to your success.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, roadmap creation, and execution for our Core and AI solutions.
• Perform customer and market research, and industry analysis to assess market need, size of opportunity, and competitive landscape.
• Become an expert in all product aspects including flows, features, infrastructures, and market dynamics.
• Analyze requirements from clients and various internal stakeholders (Operations, Support, Management, Marketing, Sales) to define necessary capabilities and features.
• Make informed decisions on tradeoffs concerning time, features, resources, and quality to meet business objectives.
• Create and manage product KPIs, roadmaps, and detailed specifications.
• Work closely with the R&D team, defining requirements and overseeing their implementation until delivery.
• Own the discovery process for new features and capabilities.

The Ideal Candidate

• 7+ years of hands-on product management experience.
• Demonstrated track record of launching multiple successful products and features in several B2B companies.
• Previous experience with ASR technology, including machine learning, natural language processing, and speech processing.
• Strong understanding of the entire product development lifecycle, from strategy to release.
• Passionate about creating products that solve real-world problems.
• Innovative, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication skills and proficiency in English.
• Experience with data-driven decision making.
• Previous experience with Big Data, Advanced analytics, and large-scale data pipelines is an advantage.
• Strong technical background (engineering, computer science, mathematics, etc.).
• BA/BS in computer science or equivalent relevant experience.
