Product Manager 12 Month FTC Parental Leave Cover

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract position reporting directly to the Director of Product Management. You will support the delivery of web and mobile app SaaS products within our CMS offerings through research, planning, and cross-functional coordination.

In this role, you will contribute to key product management activities across the entire lifecycle including discovery, definition, launch, and post-launch optimisation to ensure our products meet both user needs and business objectives.

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with design and development teams to define product requirements.
• Conduct market research and user interviews for product insights.
• Assist in creating product roadmaps and prioritise features.
• Support development teams during implementation ensuring timely delivery.
• Coordinate with teams to refine user stories and perform user acceptance testing.
• Partner with product teams to implement platform level features.
• Translate product features into customer benefits and develop messaging.
• Build positive relationships through on-time delivery and continuous innovation.
• Track results, provide insights, and optimise customer experience.
• Collaborate with Sales, Support, and Customer Success to align strategies.

Qualifications: 2+ years commercial product management experience, customer-focused, with hands-on experience in software development and web technologies. Familiarity with CMS systems, UX principles, responsive design, stakeholder management, and integration fundamentals is required. Experience in SaaS Edtech or private school environments is desired.
