Responsibilities

• Plan and execute diverse field marketing programs including trade shows, hosted events, webinars, sponsorships, and community initiatives.
• Own event execution from logistics and partner collaboration to lead capture and post-event reporting.
• Track and analyze event performance to measure pipeline contribution and ROI.
• Maintain GTM documentation, calendars, and SharePoint resources for team visibility.
• Collaborate with Business Development Reps and Sales to drive attendance, follow-up, and conversion.
• Localize and activate global programs in coordination with central marketing teams.
• Ensure data integrity by maintaining accurate campaign and contact records in Salesforce.
• Manage budget tracking and vendor relations for regional field marketing programs.

Required Skills

• 2–3 years of B2B marketing experience in technology or cybersecurity.
• Experience with in-person and virtual event execution.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and campaign tracking/reporting tools.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Collaborative approach with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Proactive mindset and a willingness to take ownership.
