Job Summary

The Sales Applications Engineer for Industrial & Environmental at Veolia WTS’s Sievers Analytical Instruments supports both internal and external sales teams with advanced technical support to ensure an excellent customer experience. This role, headquartered in Boulder, CO, requires interfacing with multiple teams across global facilities.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Support sales meetings and instrument demos.
• Own the application approval process for customer data.
• Develop and deliver technical training and content.
• Manage advanced technical support and customer service cases.
• Support new product launches with technical input.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Physics, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 2-5 years laboratory or manufacturing experience.
• 3 years with analytical instrumentation use and maintenance.
• Experience in customer facing roles and sales cycle support is preferred.
