Job Overview
The Consumables Product Manager leads the consumables product portfolio within the Analytical Instruments range. This role drives growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction, aligning with product strategy and market needs.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers on new product introductions and enhancements.
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product Management, Supply Chain, and Aftermarket teams.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitor data.
- Provide training and support to sales and aftermarket teams.
- Define and track KPIs to optimize product performance.
- Travel globally for market research to inform product strategy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of customer-facing experience in product management or related roles.
- Experience with analytical instrumentation and consumables, preferably in Life Science.
- Familiarity with tools like SAP and Salesforce.
