Job Summary

As the Lead Electrical Engineer within the Veolia WTS Analytical Instrument Technology team, you will design electronics systems and modules for new analytical instrumentation projects.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross functional teams on new instrumentation designs with defined specifications
  • Lead system and detailed circuit development, modeling, and simulation for PBCA products
  • Design digital and analog hardware using FPGAs, microprocessors, ADCs/DACs, and control circuitry
  • Create and execute test plans to qualify components and board designs
  • Translate system performance and operational specifications into detailed hardware requirements
  • Mentor junior team members and participate in developing electrical standards

Qualifications

Required Skills: Solid background in digital, analog, and FPGA circuit design, experience with engineering CAD tools (Altium preferred), strong troubleshooting and communication skills, and ability to manage project actions to completion.

Preferred Skills: Experience with embedded system processors, low-level firmware integration, and familiarity with simulation tools such as PSPICE and MATLAB.

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical and Computer Engineering with 10+ years of experience in analog design and electronic product development.
