Role Overview: Vice President, Client Success

This role is responsible for overseeing the delivery of client services, ensuring program efficiency and financial performance while maintaining high client satisfaction and compliance standards.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Provide best-in-class client service, strategic planning, and fiscal oversight.
  • Manage executive-level relationships and ensure client success.
  • Lead, train, and develop the Client Success team.
  • Oversee client onboarding, program implementation, and expansion initiatives.
  • Develop KPIs and analytics for client account performance.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare, security, and regulatory standards.
  • Act as the central point for cross-department integration and communication.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or higher degree in Healthcare, Business, or related fields with at least 10 years of progressive experience in Healthcare, including 7 years in revenue cycle management or a similar domain.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Expertise in client relationship management and strategic planning.
  • Familiarity with medical billing, regulatory environments, and RCM software.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Outlook and analytics reporting.

Compensation & Additional Information

This role is eligible for a performance-based incentive plan along with comprehensive rewards and recognition, subject to various candidate-specific factors.
