Position Summary: Business Consultant
As a Business Consultant, you will identify and cultivate new business opportunities through networking, channel partners, and self-generated initiatives. You will execute aggressive prospecting strategies, maintain the entire sales cycle from prospecting to post-sale implementation, negotiate pricing, and manage sales documentation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Generate new business in designated territory.
- Plan and implement products and services targeting client needs.
- Prospect aggressively and maintain a robust sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM.
- Prepare executive summaries and manage client meetings during implementation.
- Oversee renewal proposals and data collection for strategic guidance.
- Attend monthly consulting meetings and provide training and coaching.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Self-starter with strong work ethic, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and solid business acumen. Must be detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work professionally with carriers, clients, and internal teams.
Education & Experience
High School Diploma with 2-3 years of sales experience.
