Your Role and Impact
As an Executive Assistant at Venn, you will be the trusted right hand to our CEO, ensuring the CEO can focus on driving company strategy, growth, and long-term vision. You will also support other Executive Leadership Team members by handling high-impact projects and administrative tasks.
What You Will Do
- Manage the CEO's daily priorities and act as a gatekeeper.
- Prepare, review, and coordinate high-level communications reflective of the CEO's voice.
- Oversee logistics for executive meetings, board meetings, travel, and events.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive key initiatives.
- Handle sensitive confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Provide occasional support to other Executive Team members and personal tasks.
What You Will Bring
- Minimum 5+ years supporting C-level executives in dynamic environments.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; bonus for Confluence, Trello, etc.
- Experience in high-growth start-up or technology companies preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
