About the Role
The Director of Regional Administration at Venable LLP partners with the Chief Administrative Officer and local lawyer leadership in Chicago and Denver to manage daily office operations. The role ensures that the needs of legal and business professional staff and firm clients are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee operational and strategic planning including workflow management, budget development, and facilities oversight.
- Lead change management initiatives with actionable deliverables, communication and training plans.
- Direct the Legal Administrative Assistant Department, managing performance and staff planning.
- Collaborate with Human Resources on onboarding, training, and employee relations.
- Manage landlord/tenant relationships and support lease negotiations and office remodels.
Qualifications
Applicants should have a minimum of ten years of office management experience in a legal or professional services setting and at least five years of leadership experience. A bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent work experience, is required.
Benefits & Compensation
Pay Range for Candidates in Chicago: $175,000 - $200,000 per year.
