Role Overview - Vertriebsleiter SAP Consulting

This role is all about building a sales department from scratch. You will develop strategies, structures, and processes for acquiring direct customers and creating long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage the entire sales process from cold lead to signed contract.
  • Create and implement structures, strategies, and processes for direct customer acquisition.
  • Engage with C-Level executives and build long-term relationships.
  • Leverage your network in IT or consulting for sales success.
  • Decide on tools and directions without legacy constraints.

Qualifications

  • Experience in selling high-priced services or consultancy with a long sales cycle.
  • A strong grasp of complex B2B sales processes.
  • Capability to build trust and negotiate at C-Level.
  • An existing network among decision makers is a huge plus.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with initiative and goal orientation.
