The Opportunity

The Manager, Client Delivery Experience Credit will lead technical and professional teams in delivering high-quality card processing projects, conversions, parameter configurations, solution setups, and quality assurance testing. The role includes defining requirements and processes for enhancements and new product implementations across processing systems, supporting transformation efforts and ensuring client satisfaction.

  • Lead client-facing project teams for strategic implementations.
  • Support sales with proposals and on-site presentations.
  • Oversee operations to reduce risk and maintain quality.
  • Develop and manage operational plans and KPIs.
  • Coach and mentor staff in standardized project management.

Day In The Life

Manage highly trained teams, deploy cross-functional groups, and guide procedural workflow. Collaborate with senior leadership to align on strategic goals, support sales cycles, and maintain compliance with contractual and process requirements. Prepare for on-call support and complex client projects while optimizing resource allocation and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 8 years in credit/debit card and related financial services.
  • 5 years in client projects/conversion; 5 years management preferred.
  • Strong presentation, analytical, and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with card processing systems and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% as required.
