The Role
VEIR is seeking a Power Project Manager - Data Centers to manage construction projects from inception to completion. This role requires overseeing schedules, budgets, resources, and ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- 8+ years experience in project management within power systems or data centers.
- Degree in Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
- Experience working with hyperscaler clients and underground transmission.
- Must be proficient with ERP/EVM tools and software.
- Position requires 25%+ travel, based anywhere in the US.
What to Expect in Your First Year
In the first three months, you will integrate with the company, begin drafting detailed project plans, and establish communication channels. In the next three to six months, you will manage project executions, monitor budgets, and lead cross-functional teams. By year-end, you will have successfully led multiple major projects and contributed to continuous improvement initiatives.
