The Job
Join VEG as a Rotational Business Analyst through our 24-month Rotational Analyst Program. Ideal for curious, ambitious problem-solvers, this program lets you experience multiple facets of the veterinary emergency business across teams such as People, Operations, Growth, and Real Estate. You will work on challenging projects, collaborate with diverse departments, and engage directly with senior leadership. Upon completion, you will secure a full-time role in a department that aligns with your interests and strengths.
What You'll Do
- Participate in a structured 24-month rotational learning experience.
- Engage in challenging projects across core teams.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with business and veterinary leaders.
- Interact directly with senior executives, reporting to the Chief of Staff to the President.
- Develop technical, business, and interpersonal skills through hands-on mentorship.

What You Need
- Undergraduate student completing a Bachelor's degree by June 2026.
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Prior internship or work experience showcasing practical skill application.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work on-site 4 days per week, with some travel.
