Passionate about Life Sciences and Technology Consulting? Join Veeva to transform how the industry manages Quality, helping customers drive compliance and innovation implementing Vault in the Quality Cloud. As a key member of our Professional Services team, you will be evangelizing our mission and will work within a project team to support small and midsized (SMB) life sciences customers through the implementation of Veeva’s Vault Quality Suite. We do this with a focus on speed and innovation. You’ll also collaborate closely with our other Veeva teams (within and outside of Professional Services) to help innovate and improve our project delivery and lead our customers to success. This is a remote position for those already based and authorised to work in the UK, Spain and Denmark.What You'll Do
- Participate in projects at life sciences companies designing and deploying Quality systems
- Execute workshops and support customer discussions of the Vault Quality suite (Vault QMS, Vault QualityDocs, Vault Training, Station Manager, Validation Management, Batch Release and LIMS)
- Lead and support workshop preparation and delivery, requirements gathering, configuration, validation, and customer training
- Support project management activities such as status reporting, timeline oversight, and resource management
- Ensure customer success from beginning to end of the engagement life cycle
Requirements
- 3+ years in technology implementation services, in life sciences or related industries
- Experience in Life Sciences Quality, Manufacturing or Healthcare
- Understanding of Quality processes in Life Sciences and the relevant compliance considerations including Computer Systems Validation requirements
- Good understanding of SaaS and GxP principles
- Experience implementing Document or Quality Management systems as a consultant or IT representative
- Ability to understand business requirements and design effective solutions
- Proven ability to work both independently and in teams in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
- Ability to travel approx 25-50%
Nice to Have
- Proven track record leading high-impact global system implementation programs as a consultant, business or IT lead, and/or business sponsor
- Direct experience with Quality Management, Learning Management, Content Management, and/or Laboratory Information Management systems (for example, Veeva Vault, EtQ, TrackWise, OpenText, SharePoint, Documentum, FirstDoc/FirstPoint, NextDocs, Compliance Wire, Cornerstone, LabVantage)
- SaaS/Cloud experience
- Experience in Complaints Management for Medical Device
