The Role

Join the Veeva Business Consulting group in Quality. In this role, you will partner with senior customer stakeholders to define and realize the strategic value of Veeva’s Quality suite. You will manage workstreams on consulting projects including planning, organizing, and tracking aspects of delivery.

What You'll Do

• Lead workstream projects including planning, organizing, and managing delivery.
• Design, build, and deliver project-specific solutions.
• Identify and proactively solve client challenges.
• Manage client communications and relationships through various channels.
• Mentor Associates and support team development while providing market insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with excellent academic record.
• 2+ years of consulting experience with a strong background in Life Sciences.
• Good understanding of Quality technology, including Veeva platforms.
• Proven analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication in English and ability to travel up to 25%.

Nice to Have

• Post-graduate qualifications such as Ph.D., MD, or MBA.
• Experience with digital technologies, platforms, and analytics tools.
• Experience with SaaS solutions.
