The Role
Join the Veeva Business Consulting group in Quality where you work with senior customer stakeholders across the top pharmaceutical firms to define and deliver strategic value using Veeva’s Quality suite.
What You'll Do
- Lead workstream planning, organizing, and managing delivery.
- Design, build, and deliver high-quality project outcomes.
- Serve as the primary point of contact with customers.
- Mentor and support Associate Consultants.
- Provide industry insights and contribute to business development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with excellent academics.
- 2+ years consulting experience in strategic/management consulting.
- Strong Life Sciences background with focus on Quality or related areas.
- Solid understanding of technologies supporting Quality, including Veeva platforms.
- Proven analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Effective communicator able to influence diverse stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%.
Nice to Have
- Post-graduate qualification (Ph.D., MD, MBA).
- Experience with digital technologies and SaaS solutions.

Compensation
Base pay ranges from $70,000 to $140,000, based on experience and location, with eligibility for additional compensation options.
