The Role
Join Veeva’s European Business Consulting Group to manage workstreams on client projects. You will plan, organize, and track delivery aspects; analyze complex problems; build valuable solutions; and maintain strong relationships with customers through discussions, workshops, and other channels.
Responsibilities
- Lead project workstreams including scope, quality, resources, risk, and timelines.
- Design, build, and deliver project-specific solutions.
- Resolve client challenges and foster strong client relationships.
- Mentor and manage Associate Consultants, supporting their development.
- Contribute insights for business development and thought leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with excellent academic record.
- 2+ years of consulting experience, especially in Life Sciences.
- Expertise in Commercial areas such as multi-channel strategy, go-to-market strategy and more.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Outstanding communication skills in English and local languages as needed.
Nice to Have
- Experience with digital technologies and SaaS solutions.
- Understanding of AI applications in sales and marketing.
- Fluency in multiple European languages.
