The Role

The Associate Product Manager, Vault CRM, is an important position responsible for developing our world-class CRM solution. You will work closely with customers, sales, consulting, and engineering to construct product roadmaps and define detailed product specifications. This role is for the core Vault CRM application which includes areas such as AI Agents, Account Management, Interaction Planning and Recording, Next Best Actions, Engagement Channels like Email, WhatsApp, SMS, Portals, and much more. To be successful, you must be able to ‘go broad and go deep’, think strategically to define your vision, craft detailed designs, and effectively communicate with your engineering, QA, and UX peers.

What You'll Do

  • Define product priorities and roadmap by collecting and synthesizing input from customers, partners, executives, market owners, sales, services, and engineering
  • Be the voice of the customer and work collaboratively with product development teams to design and deliver product capabilities that meet customer/market requirements
  • Author high quality design specifications within an agile methodology based upon industry and customer requirements
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g. UX, engineering, QA, operations, etc.) to manage resources, timelines, and conflicts
  • Ultimately you are responsible for creating features that are built, delivered with quality, and delight customers

Requirements

  • Ability to think critically and ask questions to come to a solution for a problem
  • Detail oriented, organized, good at multi-tasking
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
  • 1+ years’ work experience in a fast-paced environment such as technology, consulting, finance, or analytics is preferred
  • A strong sense of professional ethics

Nice to Have

  • Experience with commercial aspects of the Life Sciences industry, including Field Sales or Field Medical
  • Experience with conversational AI or large language models (LLMs)
  • Experience developing configurable enterprise SaaS solutions in an agile environment
  • Experience with the Veeva Vault Platform
  • Prior work in software development or computer science degree

Compensation

Base pay: $60,000 - $120,000

The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
