The Role of an Associate Consultant

We are hiring recent university graduates to grow the next generation of services consultants through our Consultant Development Program. This is a high-impact, customer-facing role where you will help solve complex business challenges and get to be hands-on with technology every day.

Our program is specifically designed to provide a challenging environment where you’re expected to learn fast, contribute quickly, and are empowered with significant responsibility early. This role doesn’t require a background in life sciences or technology; you bring your drive and ability to learn, and we will provide education on the industry, technical training, and robust opportunities to develop your consulting skills and grow your career.

What You'll Do as an Associate Consultant

• Work directly with customers, providing expertise on Veeva’s applications and platform.
• Configure Veeva software under the guidance of experienced architects and project leads.
• Collaborate in teams to help implement and optimize Veeva software by contributing in key roles such as project management, solution design and configuration workshops, validation, integration, migration, and training.

The Application Process

Our process is designed to be fast, efficient, and respectful:

• Submit your resume, short cover letter of questions, and take a personality test.
• Within one week, you will be notified via email if we would like to proceed.
• The next step is a 60-minute interview followed by a case exercise, with two days for preparation.
• Within one week after this step, you will receive an offer or notification that we will not move forward.
• You will have two weeks to accept the offer. Accepting an offer and continuing to interview would be an ethical violation in our view.

Compensation and Work Environment

The starting salary is 8,880,000 HUF. After one year, if you perform well, you will receive a significant compensation increase and earn a monthly bonus.

Veeva is a Work Anywhere company. You can choose to work in an office or remotely from home on any given day. Associate Consultants must live within a maximum commuting distance of 45 minutes to 1 hour from Veeva’s Budapest office and typically go to the office two to three days per week.

Work Authorization: Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the European Union. Veeva does not provide sponsorship for employment visa status for this employment position.
