Job Description

Reporting to the Head of Clearance Offline - Second Choice - Stock Quality, the Quality Stock Manager's primary mission is to develop and maintain Group quality standards related to product condition, oversee their implementation of quality process, and support necessary improvements. Accurate product qualification is essential for achieving fair valuation and selecting the appropriate distribution channel. She/He supports warehouses in the effective management of inventory, for which the Inventory Management department is responsible, to facilitate stock flow.

Key Responsibilities

Activity 1: Quality Management
  • Guarantor of the Stock Quality Process implementation: promoter of the stock quality policy, ensure compliance with quality processes (Quality Book in B return stations), and train operators.
  • Conduct weekly quality audits at B returns stations and clearance online sales shipments to ensure product and packaging quality, analyze KPIs, and establish action plans.
  • Audit processes to ensure adherence, define KPIs, and share them with the team.
  • Improve stock quality (physical vs. IT stock) and act as a key contact for stock data quality issues.
  • Support the deployment of new tasks and processes to improve stock data quality through local communication, KPI monitoring, and alert identification.
  • Lead regular meetings with IM/STO to discuss quality topics impacting IM missions and objectives, including reviewing actions, risks, and future milestones.
  • Qualify new topics and identify IM/STO interlocutors.
Activity 2: Change Management
  • Support the IM BPO (Continuous Improvement team) in deploying processes and tools at Santa Oliva.
  • Organize communication with Santa Oliva's team, train key users, and adapt training materials to Spanish.
  • Collect feedback and improvement needs from the warehouse and raise alerts.
  • Participate in project committees to understand process, tool, and organizational impacts.
  • Attend training sessions organized by the tech/project team and investigate any issues raised by IM BPO.
Activity 3: Business Support
  • Define and implement stock revalorization processes (repacking, reparation, recycling) in Santa Oliva, adhering to Spanish legal frameworks.
  • Develop online campaigns for repacked products.
  • Support business development activities for Second Choice.
