This exciting role requires superior attention to detail, the ability to meet tight deadlines, strong organizational skills, and the capacity to juggle multiple critical requests. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information, along with professionalism in working with Executives, is essential—as is the ability to remain flexible and shift direction seamlessly. The successful candidate will excel at completing complex tasks with minimal guidance, reacting with appropriate urgency to time-sensitive situations, and embracing varied and exciting new projects. • Organize, execute, and assist with team activities.
  • Ensure well-organized and up-to-date travel logistics, expense reports, and other administrative needs.
  • Collaborate with the EA team to manage onsite meals, events, and employee activities, and ensure the office is well stocked with kitchen and office supplies.
  • Liaise with property management on facility work orders as needed.
  • Prioritize Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity initiatives for your executives.
  • Have fun at work—and help others do the same.

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ Years supporting high level executives
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • This role is currently working onsite five days a week
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
  • Ability to learn new technologies / applications
  • Excellent interpersonal and time management skills
  • Growth mindset and curiosity to learn and grow

What You'll Get

  • Unlimited paid time off, 12 paid holidays, plus 4 extra global VeeaMe Days for self-care and 24 paid volunteer hours annually through Veeam Cares
  • Paid parental leave: 8 weeks for all parents, 16 weeks for birthing parents
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage starting on your first day
  • Mental health support, therapy sessions, and digital wellness tools via our Employee Assistance Program
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions
  • Fertility, adoption, and surrogacy support through Maven, plus paid volunteer time
  • AirVet: 24/7 virtual veterinary care at no cost
