Overview of Channel Director UKI
Veeam, the #1 global market leader in data resilience, is looking for an experienced Channel Director to lead its channel strategy and execution across the UK & Ireland. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth through the partner ecosystem, building executive-level relationships and maximizing Veeam’s value across all routes to market.
Role Overview
The Channel Director will develop a high-performing team, foster a partner-first culture and collaborate with internal stakeholders and strategic alliances to deliver sustainable growth in one of Veeam’s most important regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the UKI channel sales strategy for revenue and growth targets.
- Evolve the channel model to drive pipeline creation and value-based selling.
- Monitor sales performance, pipeline health, and forecasts.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the UKI channel sales team to achieve targets.
- Build and maintain strong executive relationships with key resellers, distributors, and service providers.
- Collaborate with strategic alliances (e.g., Microsoft, AWS) and internal teams to ensure coordinated execution.
Qualifications & Experience
Extensive background in senior channel leadership in IT/software, ideally in cloud, data protection or infrastructure solutions. Proven ability to develop and execute channel sales strategies, lead high-performing teams, and build a strong network within the partner ecosystem.
