Summary
As a Shared Services Senior Administrative Support Representative, you will provide advanced administrative and operational support to leaders, teams, and departments. This role demands strong organizational skills, the ability to juggle multiple priorities, and sound judgment when handling confidential and time-sensitive information. The Senior Administrative Assistant is a key point of coordination, ensuring smooth operations, supporting executive-level workflows, and contributing to process improvements.
What You'll Do
- Process account terminations.
- Upload completed Fire Inspection Reports to authorized portals.
- Review and log customer cancel letters.
- Send out Certificates of Monitoring to customers.
- Complete and send out Contracts and Riders as needed to support Advocacy.
What You'll Need
- 3–5 years of administrative support experience, ideally supporting leaders or managing complex administrative functions.
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's Degree preferred.
- Proficiency in internal controls testing and documentation.
- Excellent attention to detail and focus on quality.
- Ability to effectively collect, analyze, and present information to senior management.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions provided verbally and in writing.
- Strong interpersonal, planning, organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Goal-driven, self-starter with the ability to work independently.
- Intermediate or advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office products; experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Great Plains is preferred.
