About the Position

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead initiatives within our Analytics department. This is not a typical coordination role — it’s a strategic position that requires a deep understanding of data and cross-functional processes. A core part of the role will be managing project roadmaps, defining clear milestones, and ensuring all stakeholders—from data teams to business leaders—are aligned on priorities and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end projects in the data platform / iGaming domain
• Plan and facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, demos, and retrospectives
• Identify, document, and prioritize business requirements
• Support the team in achieving sprint goals by monitoring velocity, capacity, and Definition of Done
• Handle risks, dependencies, and scope changes
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to align expectations and priorities
• Maintain project boards in Jira and documentation in Confluence
• Participate in project planning, manage timelines and budgets
• Continuously monitor progress and delivery health

Ideal Candidate Profile

Applicants should have at least 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT environments, preferably within data or gaming projects. Experience with Jira, Confluence, and agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban is essential. The ideal candidate will be skilled in gathering requirements, writing user stories and acceptance criteria, and monitoring sprint metrics. Solid communication and facilitation skills are a must, along with an Upper Intermediate or higher English proficiency.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with Data Engineering or BI teams
• Ability to create project documentation such as SOWs, project charters, RACI matrices, and meeting summaries
• iGaming experience
