Vayner is looking for an IT Analyst to join our New York team and support employees with a customer-first mindset. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, has a strong sense of urgency, and takes pride in delivering a great support experience in a Mac-friendly environment.What You’ll Do
- Provide frontline IT support to employees in the NYC office
- Deliver friendly, patient, and effective customer service
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across Mac and PC environments
- Support platforms including Okta, Proofpoint, Intune, and Kandji
- Support Google Workspace, Zoom, and Zoom Rooms
- Assist with device setup, onboarding, and offboarding
- Manage tickets with urgency and strong follow-through
- Partner with IT, Security, and Operations teams
- Document processes and best practices
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in an IT support or IT analyst role
- Strong customer service skills with patience and professionalism
- Clear sense of urgency and accountability
- Comfortable supporting MacOS and Windows environments
- Eager to learn new tools and technologies
- Ability to work in-person from our NYC office
Nice to Have
- Experience in a Mac-first environment
- Background in a customer-facing technical role (Apple Genius Bar a plus)
- Experience with security or identity tools
- Experience supporting conference rooms and AV setups
