About the Role

Work internationally at Vattenfall as a Senior IT Security Officer, managing IT security risks, providing internal consultancy, and guiding security operations in a dynamic environment.

Your Responsibilities

  • Identify, assess, and report IT security risks
  • Conduct security reviews and threat modelling sessions
  • Develop and enforce IT security standards and guidelines
  • Validate IT security changes and assess associated risks
  • Embed security in IT architectural designs
  • Develop IT security architecture and initiate improvements
  • Consult with Security Operations using Cyber Kill Chain models

Qualifications

A bachelor's or academic degree with at least five years in a security expert role is required. Experience in cybersecurity principles, threat operations, secure software development lifecycle, cloud security (Microsoft Azure), and knowledge of operating systems and security hardening is essential. Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CSSLP and others are a plus.

Additional Information
