This is a part-time, remote position for a Real Estate Intern. The role involves sourcing potential real estate investment opportunities, conducting detailed financial analysis, performing due diligence, and assisting in all steps of the deal cycle. Additional responsibilities include market research, nurturing relationships with brokers or property managers, and supporting the team with procurement and recruiting activities related to potential acquisitions.Qualifications
- Intellectual curiosity and a strong desire to learn, with the ability to quickly absorb new concepts related to real estate, finance, and operations.
- Analytical mindset with the capacity to assess financial and operational information and contribute to data-driven insights; prior experience is helpful but not required.
