The Varsity Tutors Live Learning Platform is seeking a remote ASCP Board of Certification Tutor. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to support students preparing for their certification exams from anywhere, while enjoying flexible scheduling and competitive pay rates.

Compensation & Flexibility

Base contract rates start at $18/hour with potential increases to $40/hour as you build ongoing relationships. Enjoy fast and reliable payments up to twice per week while setting your own tutoring hours.

Platform & Tools

Work remotely using our Live Learning Platform, enhanced by an AI-powered Tutor Copilot that offers real-time instructional support and lesson generation. This technology helps reduce prep time so you can focus on impactful teaching.

Role Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized 1-on-1 online tutoring sessions.
  • Accept on-demand tutoring requests for instant help.
  • Explain complex ASCP Board of Certification concepts clearly.
  • Adapt lessons to suit individual learning styles.
  • Invoice for sessions while Varsity Tutors handles payments.

Qualifications

A strong communicator with a friendly, engaging style, expertise in ASCP Board of Certification, and preferably previous tutoring or teaching experience along with graduate-level education.
