American Sign Language Tutor
The Varsity Tutors Live Learning Platform seeks thousands of dedicated American Sign Language Tutors to provide remote online instruction. As a tutor on the Varsity Tutors Platform, you will enjoy the autonomy to set your own schedule, earn competitive rates, and make a profound impact on students' learning journeys, all from the comfort of your home.

- Base contract rates begin at $18/hour, with increases for specialized subjects. Earn incrementally higher pay for repeat sessions with the same student, reaching up to $40/hour.

What We Look For In a Tutor
- Strong communication skills combined with a friendly and engaging teaching style.
- Demonstrated expertise in American Sign Language and the ability to clearly explain complex concepts.
- A proven capacity to personalize lessons and adapt instruction to accommodate diverse learning styles.
- Priority consideration will be given to candidates with prior tutoring experience, teaching experience, and/or graduate-level education.
