Role Overview

The Technical Account Manager is the primary customer contact, responsible for onboarding, proactive support, and ensuring ongoing customer success. This role is perfect for motivated self-starters with strong technical and customer service skills committed to continuous personal development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Onboard customers to Varonis platforms and deliver ongoing value.
  • Conduct frequent proactive health checks and product training.
  • Prepare and deliver quarterly business reviews and blast radius reports.
  • Collaborate with Sales to identify upsell opportunities.
  • Serve as the primary technical contact, liaising with support and engineering teams.
  • Create knowledge base content for internal and customer reuse.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years in a customer-facing role in Cloud, Cyber Security, or Data Security & Privacy.
  • Experience with Windows OS and enterprise IT, cloud, and security technologies.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Up to 25% travel required.
